Fees Due June 1st
Annual Fees have been mailed to the Primary Lease holder of each cabin in the tract. The payments are due June 1st and will be late if not received by June 30th. The payment must be mailed USPS to the Treasurer, and payable to BRSHT. Please note the new Treasurer is Lisa Swingle and her address on the invoice.
Water System
The water system is currently in the winter mode. There is a boil notice in effect due to lack of testing in winter. Instructions are included with the notice. Remember, the fire system may not be available in winter.
You need a key to activate the system temporarily for 72 hours from the pump house shown.

White light on means the PGE power is on, Red light means the system is in the activated mode.
Road
The Road is open and clear. Although, it is in very poor shape from the Dam to the Cole Creek road turn. The potholes are numerous and deep. Very dangerous with the amount of traffic I experienced. You may wish to send a maintenance request to the County. The link is under the Resources page.
As of the week before Memorial Day the gravel portion is in fair shape. Please remember to keep the speed down to 15mph or less to prevent it from getting worse
