What If….

Something Happens Like…….

Power Failure

Check the PGE website at pgealerts.alerts.pge.com.

Oh yeah, the power is out. Hard line telephone connections will still work. The Volcano system has backup power.

Some cell coverage is available at clear sites near the ridge.

You can also phone from the telephone building to the number below.

If a power line is down call 911. And call PGE at (800) 743-5000

Also you can get an app from PGE to report a damaged power pole at this link.

Water is out

In Summer- Notify Tom Hunt at (209)969-2812 or Rich Farrington at (209)295-7424 as soon as possible .

Check your supply valve at the road and you may want to turn it to off to keep from draining your water heater. Do not attempt to operate any valves at the tanks!

In Winter- Check if the timer on the Pump House in the meadow is active. The lights on the building will indicate if there is a power outage or the timer is off. If the timer was activated it could take up to 45 minutes for water to fill the main line depending on your location.

Keys to the timer and instructions are available from Tom Hunt at (209)969-2812.
